Become a vital part of our hotel team as a Guest Service Agent. Facilitate guest experiences, promote hotel services, and manage inquiry responses in a part-time role.
This position involves direct reporting to the Directors of Operations and Front Desk Supervisor. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, handling room reservations, providing information on attractions, and ensuring proper payment processing. Your customer-focused attitude will shine as you assist guests and promote hotel offerings.
Key Responsibilities:• Handle inquiries through phone, email, and extranet • Seamlessly manage guest check-ins and check-outs • Upsell hotel products and services to enhance stays • Collect payments accurately via property management systems • Address guest concerns and provide solutions
Requirements:• Prior experience in hotel or restaurant front desk roles • Strong oral and written English communication skills • Must work flexible schedules, including weekends • Smart Serve certification essential • Familiarity with hotel software like Opera/OPERA Cloud is beneficial
