Superintendent for High-Rise Construction, Kingston

Manage high-rise construction projects as a Superintendent, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Lead site teams and uphold safety and quality standards throughout.

In this role, you will utilize your extensive experience, overseeing all aspects of construction management. You'll provide input on project staffing, manage budgets, and communicate effectively with trades and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project expectations.

Key Responsibilities:• Direct overall construction management and compliance • Lead and coach site teams effectively • Ensure accuracy of procurement logs and material tracking • Report on project progress to stakeholders • Implement project occupancy plans with the Project Manager

Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise construction • Degree in Construction or equivalent technical training • Strong leadership and solution-oriented mindset • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control • Experience working with city officials and permits
