Manager, University Planning and Leasing, Kingston

Reporting to the Director, Campus Planning and Real Estate (Director), the Manager, University Planning and Leasing (Manager) is responsible for supporting the long-term planning of land use and the built environment at Queen’s University through the maintenance of the long-range campus master plan. With a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusivity, and working in conjunction with the Director, the Manager ensures that new development and changes to the built environment align with the principles and goals of the Campus Master Plan, and that campus planning is conducted through an integrated approach that ensures the long-term sustainability and management of the university’s architectural, environmental, cultural, space and land resources. The Manager is also responsible for the management and oversightof the university’s leasing portfolio.
