As a Nurse Practitioner (RN(EC)), you will join a dedicated team at the Kingston Bariatric Centre of Excellence, offering comprehensive care that includes managing obesity-related conditions. Your expertise will guide patients through the surgical and medical programs, ensuring holistic understanding and support for healthy lifestyle changes. You will also engage in education, quality improvement, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform medical assessments for bariatric patients • Manage obesity-related comorbidities and surgical care • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for optimal care • Develop educational materials for patient and family understanding • Assist in quality improvement and protocol development

Requirements:• Active RN(EC) registration with the CNO • Bachelor’s and Masters in Nursing • Extensive experience in Chronic Disease Management (5+ years) • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills • Ambulatory care experience preferred
