Your leadership will also involve business development across key sectors, including healthcare and education.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide technical guidance for project quality assurance • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors • Build lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction • Lead proposals and business development initiatives • Oversee mechanical system designs from conceptto completion

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering • 8+ years of consulting experience with leadership track record • Success in managing high-performing teams • Familiarity with major healthcare projects preferred • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP desirable
