Growth Manager for Amazon&TikTok, Kelowna

We are seeking a dedicated Growth Manager to become the first growth hire working closely with the founder of a rapidly growing DTC brand offering functional supplements. This role is ideal for someone eager to be involved in execution rather than high-level strategy, owning both revenue and profit responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in executing effective marketing strategies across Amazon and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:• Own Amazon as the primary profit generator • Leverage TikTok to drive demand towards Amazon • Manage relationships with agencies and partners • Integrate content, conversion, and margin strategies • Prepare for Shopify and additional marketplaces

Requirements:• 2-3 years in driving Amazon growth • Experience managing teams, including agencies • Comfortable with P&L ownership and profit thinking• TikTok experience is a plus • Strong bias for action with good judgment
