Full-Time Compounding Pharmacy Assistant, Kelowna

Join our independently owned pharmacy in Kelowna as a full-time Compounding Pharmacy Assistant. In this role, you will create custom medications while gaining valuable lab skills.

You will start by working in the dispensary and receive expert training in making creams, capsules, and more. Our supportive work environment focuses on patient care and a healthy work-life balance. Previous pharmacy experience is required; lab experience is an asset, but training will be provided to ensure you meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Create custom compounding medications for patients • Work initially in the dispensary as part of training • Transition to the compounding lab full-time post-training • Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Communicate effectively with team members and patients

Requirements:• Minimum one year of pharmacy experience required • Previous lab experience preferred but not essential • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team setting • Basic computer skills for lab documentation
