With over two years of experience preferred, you'll train Operator 1s, oversee packing teams, and uphold rigorous safety protocols while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate pre-roll and vape filling equipment • Train and mentor Operator 1 staff • Verify quality of label application and packaging • Clean and prepare equipment for production • Troubleshoot issues during production

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years operating high-speed filling equipment • Familiarity with Aesus labellers and printers • Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude • Strong communication and documentation skills
