Join ServiceMaster of Central&Northern Okanagan as a Project Manager, specializing in emergency response and restoration projects. In this pivotal role, you will manage relationships with clients and insurance partners while ensuring project requirements are fulfilled.You'll be responsible for executing project scopes effectively and delivering high-quality restorations. Working closely with all stakeholders ensures timely completion in line with ServiceMaster standards. Key Responsibilities

Lead initial customer contact and project discussions Guide clients through the emergency and repair processes Develop accurate quotes ensuring target margins Monitor adherence to project timelines and milestones Foster excellent relationships with Adjusters and Property Managers Requirements

Degree in construction management or a related field At least 5 years’ experience in restoration or construction Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Excellent leadership and decision-making skills Certifications in WRT or FSRT are an asset Utilize your project management skills and grow the ServiceMaster brand in the Okanagan region.
