Pursue a career as a Merchandiser in a locally-owned store dedicated to health and beauty. This position is pivotal in ensuring inventory accuracy and enhancing customer engagement.
In your role as Merchandiser, you will oversee the backroom product organization and consumer display trends while utilizing PDT and MMS systems. Your responsibilities include managing merchandise receiving and returns, providing effective customer service, and adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Organize product inventory following BIMI processes • Utilize PDT and MMS Systems for task execution • Manage returns and ensure compliance with standards • Create appealing displays responsive to customer trends • Maintain backroom organization and documentation
Requirements:• Skilled in planning and decision making • Detail-oriented and well-organized • Experience with cash handling and computer tasks • Must be flexible with shift availability • Physically able to lift weight and climb ladders
