Drawing on previous experience in a financial services firm, you must be a team leader, have meticulous attention to detail, possess a positive attitude, and have exceptional interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must also be responsible, confident, self‑motivated, and a team player.
What will your role be responsible for?
Develop processes ensuring best practices and consistent delivery of client experience.
Review and refine service offering.
Fill in across multiple roles when needed (i.e., coverage for co‑worker absences).
Help develop team roles and define responsibilities within team.
Liaise with business managers within RJ to ensure team needs are met.
Assist with all marketing initiatives including social media (Twitter, LinkedIn), website content, client communications and marketing events.
Assist in strategizing and administering email campaigns.
Support the Financial Advisors in the growth of the overall business.
Other duties as assigned.

What do we expect from you?
Minimum 5 years investment industry experience;
IR Licensed or successful completion of Canadian Securities Course as well as the Conduct and Practices Handbook is preferable;
Excellent proficiency with MS Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook;
Experience with Dataphile, Croesus and FactSet is an asset;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner;
Superior customer service skills;
Meticulous attention to detail;
Self‑starter attributes, motivated and hardworking with the ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and provide necessary follow up;
Strong organizational skills;
Superior problem solving skills;
The ability to work within deadlines in a high‑volume, pressure‑oriented environment;
Ability to effectively handle confidential information.

Salary Range:
$50,000–55,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
