Key Responsibilities:• Operate and inspect HVAC, pool, and plumbing systems • Conduct daily equipment rounds and log readings • Ensure compliance with health regulations for water quality • Assist in contractor projects and maintenance efforts • Maintain accurate records in the computer management system

Requirements:• 2–3 years in facility maintenance or operations • Relevant trade certifications preferred • Knowledge of pool and HVAC systems required • Familiarity with compliance standards and CMMS • Capable of physically demanding work and varied schedules
