Join Transdev Western Canada as an HR Business Partner in Kelowna. This role focuses on providing expert guidance on employee and labor relations, enhancing operational leader support.
In this critical role, you will serve as an advisor to business leaders, with responsibilities spanning performance management, conflict resolution, and policy compliance. You’ll also participate in collective bargaining and mentor leaders on grievance management processes, ensuring they have the resources needed to navigate complex employee relations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:• Advise leaders on performance and progressive discipline • Manage grievance processes with professional support • Conduct investigations into grievances and complaints • Develop and implement employee policies ensuring compliance • Participate in collective bargaining negotiations
Requirements:• Degree in Human Resources or related field • Minimum 5 years in HR with focus on employee relations • Experience in conflict resolution and change management • Strong knowledge of employment laws in Western Canada • CPHR designation or in pursuit preferred
