As part of CIMA+’s Energy&Resources team, this role is crafted for individuals with a solid foundation in transmission engineering and a passion for tackling complex designs. You will play a pivotal role in meeting project specifications and driving engineering best practices while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop safe engineering designs for utility projects • Propose changes to meet safety, cost, and schedule targets • Address technical and unusual design issues independently • Conduct studies, recommend designs, and provide guidance • Prepare technical documentation and progress reports

Requirements:• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent • Five years of relevant experience in transmission projects • Proficient in CAD and design software • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience with design scheduling and cost management
