Key Responsibilities:• Ensure alignment with company objectives and KPIs • Oversee daily operations, including shrink prevention and reporting • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment • Provide on-the-spot training and regular feedback to team members • Foster open communication with management for operational success

Requirements:• At least 6 months in a supervisory role in retail • Ability to motivate teams towards shared success • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
