Provide comprehensive homemaking services, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events Administer personal care services in accordance with the care plan directives Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients to the highest possible standardAssist clients with activities of daily living, tailored to meet their specific needs Perform specialized procedures for clients where training has been provided while demonstrating current competency Observe and document client conditions in line with company standards; promptly report any unusual events or changes in client condition to the Supervisor or OfficeImplement and adhere to infection prevention practices Benefits Offered

Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program (Registered HCA program) Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service Effective communication skills in spoken and written English; French proficiency considered an asset Current knowledge of practices for community care, providing high-quality care services to clientsPhysical ability to assist clients with movement and/or repositioning; able to lift 23 kgs., squat, bend, stand and reach Reliable mode of transportation; driver's license and automobile considered an asset Clear Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check May be required to provide proof of vaccination against certain illnesses such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, or seasonal influenza, depending on provincial regulations and role natureAccommodation needs may be shared to ensure an inclusive recruitment and selection process At Bayshore Healthcare, we are committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation practices.
