Job Overview As a Team Lead, you will train our concierge staff to maintain our high standards, foster a passion for excellence, be adept at problem‑solving, and promote team cohesion. As the main concierge during peak hours at the property, you will provide outstanding customer service, handle challenges adeptly, and empower your team.
Shifts Available Monday to Friday
8am to 4pm
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
At least two years of direct/in‑person customer service experience required
Previous Supervisor/Team Lead experience preferred
Excellent written and oral command of the English language necessary to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with clients and staff
Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is an asset
Physical Requirements
Ability to patrol the property including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior
Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages from couriers and carriers
Ability to work under various environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.)

Compensation $23–$25 per hour
