Key Responsibilities:• Operate encapsulation machinery with a focus on safety • Troubleshoot production issues to maintain quality • Conduct quality checks and document findings • Assist in training and developing Work Procedures • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production processes • Experience in production with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written • Capability to undertake physical tasks, including lifting • Willingness to adapt tooccasional overtime
