Become part of Eldorado Resort's dynamic team in Kelowna as a Human Resources Coordinator. Focused on supporting recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR functions, this role is essential for our stunning lakeside hospitality environment.

In your role as the Human Resources Coordinator, reporting to the Hospitality Human Resources Manager, you will guide recruitment processes, manage employee records, and foster effective communication within the team. Your organizational skills will facilitate comprehensive onboarding and the implementation of training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist with job postings and candidate screenings • Oversee onboarding processes and training for newcomers • Maintain and manage HRIS employee data • Work with payroll on employment changes and benefits • Drive engagement through communication and recognition initiatives

Requirements:• Degree or diploma in Human Resources preferred • Relevant experience in recruitment or the hospitality industry • Excellent communication and organization skills • Competence in MS Office and HRIS software • Flexibility to travel to various properties if needed
