About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our production and research team. This role focuses on data reporting, administrative coordination, and maintaining accurate production records to support day-to-day packhouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support grower reporting by providing timely data and feedback

Maintain consistent and accurate reporting processes

Utilize and help optimize database/BI tools to deliver real-time production insights

Oversee record keeping to ensure operational compliance

Assist with data entry across multiple areas (packing, pricing)

Coordinate with the Health&Safety team to maintain and update training documentation for packhouse activities

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Experience or exposure to data analysis tools is an asset

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

Background in statistical coding such as R, Python, Matlabs or equivalent

Nice to Have (Optional)

Experience working with databases or BI/reporting tools

Previous experience in agriculture, production, or manufacturing environments
