You will ensure reception duties and office maintenance are handled with precision, while also processing accounts accurately. Key Responsibilities:• Manage phone coverage and customer inquiries • Handle maintenance and office repairs • Process and send invoices, managing collections • Organize electronic documents and records • Support the Controller with documentation tasks
Requirements:• Strong communication and organizational skills • Accuracy and detail-oriented mindset • Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute • Previous experience in Office Administration preferred
