Support clients at HearingLife Canada as a Client Service Administrator, focusing on delivering outstanding customer care in hearing services. Create a welcoming atmosphere as you manage appointments and clinic operations.
As part of our dedicated team, you will play a critical role in ensuring every client has a positive interaction with our services. Your responsibilities will include answering client inquiries, coordinating appointment schedules, and maintaining a tidy clinic environment. You'll provide essential administrative support to clinicians while also handling basic financial tasks, ensuring smooth operations throughout the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:• Greet clients and handle phone inquiries professionally • Book and manage appointments for clinicians effectively • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the clinic • Support clinicians with client files and stock management • Process payments and oversee accounts receivable
Requirements:• 2 years of customer service experience required • Strong organizational ability to manage tasks • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel necessary
