As the Fleet Administrator, you will support the Fleet Manager with critical tasks involving fleet tracking, maintenance coordination, and compliance management. You'll be integral in scheduling preventive maintenance and ensuring vehicles are road-ready. Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities are necessary for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:• Maintain the fleet management system with accurate data • Administer preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicles • Issue and manage fleet-related assets and documentation • Support with incident administration and claims processes • Produce performance reports for fleet evaluation
Requirements:• Qualification in business administration, logistics, or similar field • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience supporting fleets • Proficiency in fleet management and data analysis software • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must possess a valid Class 5 driver'slicense
