Property Administrator

Location: Kamloops, BC (V2C 2A2). Full‑time, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Responsibilities

Assist Property Managers with day‑to‑day administrative functions for assigned properties. Prepare, edit, and format documents including correspondence, memos, and meeting minutes. Create and post Annual and Special General Meeting notices to online portals. Manage calendars and scheduling.Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience. High attention to detail, organized, and able to work under time constraints. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook. Experience with Yardi and/or Condo Manager is a bonus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and computer literate.Benefits
