What You’ll Be Doing Take full ownership of custom projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from handover to final close-out Act as the vital link between operations, quality control, and shop leadership to ensure complex, multi-stage production phases (e.g., steel fabrication and specialized protective coatings) sync perfectlyFunction as the primary point of contact for large-scale engineering clients Manage project changes (scope, schedule, cost) proactively and under tight deadlines Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocations and risk mitigation strategies Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholdersNegotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers What You Bring Custom manufacturing Project Management experience is critical Proven experience managing full project lifecycle within heavy fabrication, industrial manufacturing or high-mix production environments Demonstrable success coordinating projects that involve at least two distinct production phasesStrong ability to read industrial drawings, draft technical reports, and support technical procurement activities Exceptional relationship-building skills.
