Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kamloops, BC, for a Planner / Scheduler. The Planner / Scheduler will manage project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and support departments in planning and tracking progress. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed project timelines, updating schedules, coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.Qualifications Experience in project scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline creation Proficiency with planning and scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail Effective communication and collaboration abilities to liaise with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of budgeting, resource planning, and project management principles Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Relevant experience in industries such as mining, manufacturing, or construction is an asset Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
