Shape the future of K’en T’em Limited Partnership as a Sales Development Leader in Merritt, BC. This role is a unique opportunity to drive strategic business initiatives and identify key market opportunities.
As part of KTLP, you will be instrumental in developing competitive advantages for the organization while working collaboratively with senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business principles and the ability to develop actionable plans that align with community values and long-term economic goals.
Key Responsibilities:• Operationalize strategic guidance through effective collaboration • Develop structured opportunity pipelines and conduct market research • Coordinate responses to RFPs and enhance bidding efficiency • Prepare business plans and financial assessments for new projects• Support integration processes for onboarding new ventures
Requirements:• Background in start-up environments preferred • Graduate degree in business-related fields or equivalent experience • Strong leadership and analytical abilities • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport
