Overview

Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Territory Manager - Construction for our Kamloops Construction and Forestry location. Brandt is the exclusive Canada-wide dealer for Topcon and Sokkia Positioning. We provide industry-leading technologies to the construction, building, surveying, engineering, governmental, and mining markets. These markets are adopting and expanding the use of technology at a record pace, and seeking solutions to improve accuracy and productivity in their field operations while optimizing their field‑to‑office workflow.The Territory Manager– Construction is responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. You will develop and execute a key business strategy for Brandt, backed by a best-in-class support organization to help you grow and maintainyour business.What You Will Be Responsible For

New account creation and development Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Achieve sales targets as set out by the company Continuously develop a comprehensive sales pipeline of immediate/future customer opportunities Promote and sell all GeoPositioning products assigned to the roleUnderstand and apply machine and company feature, advantage, and benefit statements to drive sales success Deliver continuous prospecting activity and development of new accounts Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and industry (competitive) models Actively participate in and promote Brandt during industry events as requiredMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and quotations Submit lost‑sales reports on a timely basis; all lost sales must be reported weekly to the manager What We Look For

Sales industry experience and/or comprehensive knowledge of the surveying and construction industry considered an asset Post‑secondary education in business, engineering, construction, or surveying considered an asset Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills Ability to build relationships and prospect new accountsAbility to present and negotiate with potential customers Highly motivated, ambitious, and energetic entrepreneurial outlook Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office suite Availability to travel as needed; a recent driver’s abstract and valid passport are requiredBilingualism (English&French) considered an asset What We Offer
