Norcan is the Western Canada distributor for Bosch Rexroth.Our Kamloops branch is currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position in the specialty field of hydraulics. Position:

Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative– Full Time, Permanent position, Mon – Fri. Qualifications

3+ years experience in a customer service role Ideally 2+ years experience within the hydraulics or similar technical industry Integrity, vision, professionalism, and passion are key components of this position Ability to follow, with detail, written and verbal instructions Strong attendance track record with the ability to get along well with othersProficient written and oral communication skills (ability to read and write legibly) Knowledge of components and hydraulic systems used in industry and mobile equipment is an asset Knowledge of distribution sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques are an asset Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customersExceptional verbal, written and listening communication skills Self‑motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Must be computer literate with knowledge of all standard Microsoft Office programsResponsibilities

Respond to internal and external enquiries via phone, e‑mail, fax or in person Work closely with outside sales team to ensure customer service excellence Provide outstanding professional customer service skills, including verbal and written communication Understand product lines and promote themUnderstand the importance of good follow‑up and response time to customers Procure products for orders and/or repairs Compensation&Benefits
