As an Installer at Cascadia Sports Systems, you will play a vital role in the installation of Sports Facilities (Ice Rinks, Soccer Facilities, Seating, Flooring etc.). This position is essential to our mission of providing exceptional service and quality in the sports facility industry. Responsibilities
Install and maintain Rubber Flooring, Seating, Soccer, Gym Equipment, Dasher boards&Ice rink equipment according to specifications. Collaborate with team members to execute installation projects efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of installed equipment to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during installation processes.Qualifications
Carpentry/flooring experience in rubber and hardwood flooring installations (preferred). Proven experience or training in equipment installation, preferably within the sports/ice rink industry. Familiarity with using hand tools and other relevant tools is essential. Solid problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to interpret architectural blueprints and follow layouts. Forklift is an asset but not required; we will train and certify if you don't have one.Attention to detail a must. Characteristics
