Conduct routine tire inspections and maintenance services to ensure proper tire inflation, tread wear, and overall conditions. Provide on-site fleet service, roadside assistance, and off-site commercial tire services. Interact with customers professionally, addressing tire-related concerns, providing advice, and recommending appropriate options.Communicate effectively to explain tire services performed and any additional recommendations for maintenance and repairs. Qualifications and Success

A valid Driver’s License. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving attitude. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tire services. You are a self-starter dedicated to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and constructive workplace. Comfortable working with minimal supervision.Enjoy creating positive and building long-term relationships. Ability to excel in a physical environment and comfortable lifting 50 lbs at shoulder height. Safety mindset, willing to wear all required PPE, and follow all safety procedures.
