ABOUT OUR OPERATION The objective of Sanajiksanut is to increase Inuit workforce in all of AEM’s Nunavut operations by contributing to the development of skills and competencies of the Inuit population in the Kivalliq region. The Sanajiksanut Process is composed of 4 steps: Employment Information Session, Online Application, Pre‑employment Training, and Employment. In completing these stages of the Sanajiksanut Process, applicants will better prepare themselves for future employment with AEM or one of its contractors.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

See to the supply of the material to be used;

Ensure the transportation of core boxes;

Ensures a clean and safe work environment;

Respect and apply Orbit Garant Drilling’s health and safety methods and procedures;

Possibility of replacement in functions other than those mentioned above.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Ability to work in a team;

Have good physical ability and stamina;

Ability to work in an isolated environment with extreme weather conditions over long periods of time;

Be comfortable and motivated in a production job;

Ability to effectively communicate In English (Oral and written);

Position reserved for Inuit Beneficiary candidates.
