Retail Merchandiser Team Lead Opportunity, Halifax North End

Shape shopping experiences with Advantage Solutions as a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead. Provide in-store merchandising support, building displays and maximizing sales opportunities with a focus on customer needs.

In this role, you will leverage your merchandising experience to ensure stores meet shoppers' expectations. You will collaborate with Retailers to reset shelves and create impactful displays. Reporting and training support will also be part of your duties, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to store success.

Key Responsibilities:• Build and maintain product displays and end caps • Reset shelves to enhance shopping experiences • Support leadership with training and reporting • Travel independently within your assigned territory • Use smartphone or tablet for work documentation

Requirements:• 1-2 years of merchandising or planogram experience • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Reliable transportation to work location • Availability Monday to Thursday with early start times • Willingness to perform physical work and travel
