Key Responsibilities:• Support clients with daily living activities • Ensure safe transportation and travel between clients • Document changes in clients’ health status • Engage in ongoing skills training and education • Work collaboratively with team members and healthcare providers

Requirements:• Certified PSW or equivalent qualification • Driver's license and personal vehicle required • Confirmed immunizations: MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus • Current CPR level C certification • Capability to handle physical aspects of care including lifting
