Location: 1375 Green Spring Road, Carlisle, ON Reports To: Operations Manager Salary Range: $90,000– $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried
Join a Growing Leader in Landscaping Excellence Paramount Landscaping Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Construction Sales Manager to lead and expand our high-performance construction division. This is a field-based, hands-on leadership role where operational excellence, team supervision, and sales strategy come together.

About the Role This position oversees the full scope of construction sales operations— from generating new business and managing client relationships to supervising field crews and ensuring high-quality job delivery.
The successful candidate will spend 50% or more of their time directly managing staff, job sites, and operational planning , while also contributing to quoting, contract oversight, and seasonal winter services such as plowing and salting.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership&Field Supervision
Provide daily supervision and mentorship to construction crews across multiple job sites.
Lead performance and planning meetings, ensure accountability, and foster a positive work culture.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff.
Project Oversight&Quality Assurance
Manage day-to-day operations across construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Conduct job site inspections, resolve issues proactively, and ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
Sales Strategy&Client Acquisition
Build and execute a sales plan targeting commercial and residential clients.
Prepare quotes, close deals, and oversee contracts aligned with company goals.
Act as a consultative advisor to clients during site assessments and project planning.
Client Relations&Retention
Be the main point of contact for construction clients from initial consult through final walk-through.
Resolve concerns with professionalism and responsiveness, maintaining strong relationships for repeat business.
Reporting&Strategic Planning
Analyze project profitability, team performance, and labor efficiency.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Participate in long‑term planning and improvement initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities Daily
Supervise active job sites and lead crew operations.
Coordinate staffing, material delivery, and client/vendor communications.
Monitor equipment readiness and enforce safety protocols.
Update CRM and track project activity.
Lead meetings with the Operations Manager and project teams.
Review time logs, schedule changes, and client feedback.
Walk job sites and follow up on outstanding quotes/contracts.
Monthly
Conduct staff evaluations and forecast staffing/resource needs.
Analyze performance metrics and profitability.
Coordinate vendor reviews and support budget planning.
Winter Responsibilities
Continue core responsibilities throughout the winter season.
Perform plowing and salting duties or managing snow services as part of Paramount’s snow and ice management services.
Support site monitoring, client communication, and seasonal operations.
