This includes data entry, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and preparing travel arrangements. Your proficiency in bilingual communication, client focus, and organizational skills will be invaluable as you help maintain effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:• Collect necessary documentation for meetings and conferences • Draft and distribute agendas and minutes • Schedule and arrange meetings and travel • Provide administrative support including data entry and correspondence • Maintain an event calendar and follow up on actions

Requirements:• College diploma in Business Administration or related field • Experience in office administration and records management • Bilingual in French and English • Proficient in desktop publishing and office software • Strong organizational and communication skills
