Provide personal care to patients (grooming, dressing, bathing, etc.) Travel from patient to patient, completing several home visits per day Prepare meals and assist with meal‑time Basic housekeeping duties Provide companionship and support the well‑being of patients Assist with personal hygiene care including showering and bathingSupport basic activities of daily living What you bring

CCA designation Experience in providing personal care (required) Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license and insurance (strongly preferred) Ability to pass or satisfy a Criminal Background screening on hire A passion for making a difference in your community EEO Statement
