Bright Line Financial Hybrid Position | Hourly Compensation | Benefits Included Bright Line Financial is seeking an organized, proactive, and client-focused Administrative Assistant to support our growing accounting and advisory team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing client communication, team coordination, office administration, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Client Support&Coordination
Respond to client emails and inquiries Triage client issues and direct requests appropriately Coordinate client onboarding and follow up on required documentation Schedule client meetings and maintain calendars Track pending proposals and client follow-ups Send engagement letters and collect signed documentsMonitor client deadlines and send reminder follow-ups Assist with client portal setup and troubleshooting Welcome clients visiting the office Administrative&Office Support
Provide administrative support to the accounting team Organize and maintain client files and internal documentation Prepare document packages and print tax documents File tax returns and assist with document tracking Manage in-office scanning and file organization Support billing and AP/AR processesUpload documents into bookkeeping and tax software Monitor outstanding client balances and payment reminders Assist with data entry and document review for accuracy Office Operations
Maintain office supplies and coordinate office orders Coordinate mail, courier deliveries, and document pickups Manage printers, scanners, and basic office equipment troubleshooting Marketing&Content Coordination
Assist with newsletters and social media calendar management Help organize webinars, workshops, and client events Support recruiting coordination and interview scheduling Qualifications
Previous administrative, office coordination, or client service experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional and client-focused attitude Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple priorities Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAccounting or professional services experience considered an asset What We Offer
