Audi Halifax is looking for an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our dealership.
In this role, you will balance front desk responsibilities with a variety of administrative tasks, acting as a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams. From managing calls and greeting guests to supporting documentation and coordination across departments, you will help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is professional, detail oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is more than a front desk position; it is an opportunity to become a trusted support within the dealership and play a meaningful role in delivering a seamless experience for both customers and your team.
Hourly Wage Range: $19.70–$23.50
How You Will Make an Impact
Greet customers, answer phones, and provide information professionally.
Handle data entry, key logs, dealer plate logs, and daily cash posting.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and updating systems.
Support the team, manage customer service needs, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Support the accounting office with tasks such as posting Accounts Receivable, stocking inventory and floorplan assistance, and preparing daily and monthly reports as required.
What Helps You Stand Out
Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
Ability to multitask, adapt, and maintain attention to detail.
Basic computer skills: familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) is an asset.
2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
