Join Health Association Nova Scotia as a full-time Clinical Practice Consultant (RN) and make an impact in the Continuing Care sector. This role blends education with travel while supporting clinical excellence.
You will be responsible for leading evidence-informed clinical initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders and service providers, and enhancing educational resources for staff development. Key Responsibilities:• Implement and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs • Maintain partnerships with LTC service providers • Create educational resources and training opportunities • Bridge theoretical knowledge and clinical practice • Conduct workshops and assess their impact
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and valid registration • Two years of clinical and education experience • Adult educator or Clinical Nurse Educator experience preferred • Excellent relationship-building and facilitation skills • Familiarity with learning management systems and tools
