RN Clinical Practice Consultant Full-Time Role, Halifax Bedford Basin

Key Responsibilities:• Implement and evaluate evidence-based clinical programs • Maintain partnerships with LTC service providers • Create educational resources and training opportunities • Bridge theoretical knowledge and clinical practice • Conduct workshops and assess their impact

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and valid registration • Two years of clinical and education experience • Adult educator or Clinical Nurse Educator experience preferred • Excellent relationship-building and facilitation skills • Familiarity with learning management systems and tools
