Become a vital part of Northwood’s Retirement Living team as a Senior Living Assistant, dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors. This role offers opportunities to assist with daily needs while fostering client relationships.

In this position, you will report to the Manager, Retirement Living, and are responsible for helping clients with their personal and social needs. You will organize activities, provide dining services, and ensure that each client feels welcomed and cared for. Your role is essential in promoting both physical and emotional well-being among residents.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist clients with personal needs according to service plans • Plan and facilitate social and intellectual activities • Provide complete dining room service for all meals • Maintain cleanliness in clients’ living areas • Communicate regularly with management for service continuity

Requirements:• High School / GED is required • Must have CPR&First Aid Certification• Previous experience in senior care preferred • Effective communication and customer service skills • Flexibility to work varying shifts
