Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and process monthly client invoices • Perform data entry in pension administration platforms • Compose written correspondence and coordinate mail services • Create and format reports and client materials • Provide general administrative support and maintain office organization

Requirements:• Post-secondary education in Business or Office Administration • 5 years of related administrative experience • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft365 applications • Experience with Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools • Understanding of financial management software
