We’re currently seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst
to support an Atlantic Region public-sector client, through IT Shared Services (ITSS), in the delivery of a multi-year Enterprise Client Relationship Management (eCRM) transformation. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise CRM solutions built on an Angular front end, Azure back end, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM. The QA Analyst will work within an Agile-Iterative delivery framework, collaborating closely with developers, business stakeholders, and the eCRM leadership team to deliver high-quality software that meets public-sector standards.LOCATION&WORK HOURS Location: Remote, with occasional on-site work in the Atlantic Region as required Work Hours: Aligned to Atlantic Standard Time (AST) Start Date: March 27, 2026 (anticipated) Duration: 12-month contract ending January 29, 2027 (with potential for extension) Hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours (AST)THE ROLE– Quality Assurance Analyst (eCRM) As the Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key role in validating and safeguarding the quality of enterprise CRM solutions that support citizen and business services across the Atlantic Region. You will be responsible for manual and automated testing, test planning, defect management, and continuous improvement of QA practices. Working closely with ITSS, developers, and business partners, you will ensure applications meet functional, technical, accessibility, and performance requirements before moving into production.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases Create and maintain automated tests using Playwright (C#/.NET Core) and NUnit within Azure Pipelines Review design specifications and user stories to identify test scenarios and data requirements Conduct system testing, regression testing, UAT support, and performance testingIdentify, log, reproduce, and track defects through resolution Collaborate with developers to triage issues and validate fixes Contribute to QA standards, processes, and documentation Ensure solutions meet accessibility, reliability, and quality standards MANDATORY EDUCATION&EXPERIENCE 3+ years’ experience with automated testing using Playwright (C#/.NET Core) and NUnit in Azure Pipelines Experience creating test plans and scripts for manual testing Experience testing REST and/or SOAP APIs using JSON or XML Experience across system testing, UAT, regression, and performance testingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience using Playwright for automation (Node.js or .NET/C#) Experience with Azure DevOps or CI/CD tools API development and testing knowledge Experience with BDD tools Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM or similar CRM platforms Public-sector or government experienceKEY DELIVERABLES Automated and manual test cases aligned to requirements QA metrics, defect reports, and execution summaries Regression and performance test results QA documentation and repeatable processes Support for UAT, releases, and production validation Intermediate QA Analyst: $75– $90 per hour (typically 3–5 years experience)Senior QA Analyst: $90– $110 per hour (typically 6+ years experience) Rates are dependent on experience and skill alignment.
