Skilled Maintenance Technician Role, Halifax

Join our team as a Skilled Maintenance Technician, specializing in property upkeep and renovations. This role focuses on maintaining high standards in residential properties while enhancing user experience.

Working mainly at downtown sites, you will perform essential maintenance and repair tasks. This position requires teamwork and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Your proficiency in plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs will be key, with additional renovation experience considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:• Install trim items, doors, and stairs • Undertake general maintenance and painting duties • Repair and renovate residential properties • Participate in the on-call maintenance schedule • Complete other assigned responsibilities

Requirements:• At least 5 years in a similar maintenance capacity • Ability to work collaboratively and independently • Effective maintenance and repair skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience preferred
