Key Responsibilities:• Direct subcontractor management and scheduling • Review project timelines and financial tracking • Ensure alignment with customer and contractual requirements • Work alongside roofing contractors and project teams • Maintain high health and safety standards

Requirements:• 0-2 years of experience in a related role • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent • Knowledge of forklift operations and fall protection • Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills • Must be available for travel within the region up to 50%
