Sales and Tendering Specialist (Sales Engineer)

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: Heavy lift and transport projects; Salary Range: $80,000- $110,000; Working in Puslinch, Ontario. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with recent and existing clients to identify business opportunities and promote products or services. Prepare, review, and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations in accordance with client requirements and company standards. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and finance, to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of technical and commercial offers.Analyze customer specifications, assess project risks, and recommend optimal solutions to secure contracts. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits, addressing technical inquiries from clients. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tender submissions.Work under the supervision of a Skilled Engineer (P. Eng). Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, tendering, or a technical sales role, preferably within a relevant industry such as civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, and mining. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Fluent proficiency in English, both verbal and written (French an asset). Experience with SAP is considered an asset. Benefits
