Job Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Management Associate to support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering fast, accurate administrative expertise that strengthens decisions and elevates the customer experience. Term position (24 months), salary range $53,805 - $72,795 plus eligible performance-based incentive. Hybrid work options available.Key Responsibilities

Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying needs and opportunities. Collaborate with Relationship Managers to uncover customer needs and reach out to prospects. Respond to customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally, creating value and sales opportunities. Provide front desk support and keep office operations seamless.Perform administrative tasks with speed and accuracy. Coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations. Required Qualifications

Diploma in business. Minimum two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with customers, centres of influence, or community partners. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.Preferred Qualifications

Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting. Passion for agriculture and knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments. Bilingualism (English and French) considered an asset. EEO Statement
