Join our team as a Support Worker, where you will impact children and young adults aged 2-17 positively. This fulfilling role demands compassion and commitment during the summer.
The position runs 4 to 5 days a week, primarily on Mondays and Fridays, with a schedule from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM depending on parents' needs. Your responsibilities will include providing essential care and companionship while ensuring a safe environment for our young clients.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide respite care and support in daily activities • Administer needed medications responsibly • Prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs • Assist with mobility and G-tube care • Engage clients in fun and meaningful activities
Requirements:• Caregiving experience is essential • Familiarity with medication procedures • Ability to lift and assist clients physically • Strong communication skills with a caring demeanor • Ensured confidentiality commitment
