This position requires a minimum of eight years' experience in gas plant operations, with significant responsibilities in planning and executing startup phases. The role also entails mentoring junior operators and collaborating with various technical teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide operational feedback during the pre-startup phase • Oversee safe and efficient sour gas processing operations • Ensure regulatory compliance and environmental standards • Mentor and supervise junior operating staff • Prepare weekly operational reports and identify process improvements

Requirements:• 8 years' gas plant operations experience, 2 years in leadership • Expertise in sour gas processing and commissioning • Strong knowledge of Delta V and SCADA systems • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and H2S certifications • High School Diploma required; Power Engineering Certification preferred
