The Opportunity As the Instrumentation Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance and results of the department. You will balance the big picture business goals with the technical realities of the field, ensuring our team delivers high-quality service safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute an operating plan that aligns with broader business objectives.
Foster a world-class safety culture and ensure all technical work meets our high-quality standards.
Build and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with key customers, meeting regularly to ensure Surepoint is exceeding their expectations.
Direct, coach, and mentor your team to help them grow their skills and act independently in the field.
Partner with our Business Development team to identify new project opportunities and expand our client base.
Take ownership of results, managing resources and resolving operational challenges.
What You Bring
At least 3 years of supervisory experience with direct P&L responsibility.
A deep understanding of instrumentation capabilities, project management, and active risk mitigation.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to turn customer interactions into long-term partnerships.
Experience developing contractual agreements and responding to RFPs.
A commitment to leading by example and building a team culture rooted in Surepoint’s PROS values.
